As Founder and Director of Rekacara, Shah leads the design and delivery of incentive travel, corporate events and bespoke group programmes across Malaysia. With a hands-on approach and deep destination knowledge, he specialises in creating experiences that blend business objectives with authentic local culture. From strategic planning to on-the-ground execution, Shah works closely with clients and partners to ensure every programme is seamless, meaningful and memorable.

Based in Sabah, Helen brings extensive expertise in destination management, incentive travel and event operations throughout Malaysian Borneo.
